Do you accept my insurance?

We are in-network with many commercial insurance plans including Aetna, BlueCross/BlueShield, Cigna, Compsych, Highmark, Lyra, Meritain, Quest, UPMC, and Trustmark. If your insurance plan is not listed, we may still be in-network. Email us with a picture of your insurance card and we will check for you.

How much will I pay per session?

Before starting therapy, we verify your benefits to give you an estimate of your in-network copay or deductible costs per session. If you are not using insurance, you will be informed of our out-of-pocket costs before scheduling.

What age range do you work with?

High Point works with clients as young as 5 years old through seniors. Each therapist specializes in certain age groups that are listed in their individual bios.

Do you offer in-person and virtual sessions?

Yes. In-person sessions take place at our office suite in Blue Bell, PA. Virtual sessions are available for clients in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, Florida, Virginia, and New Hampshire.

Do you offer phone consultations?

Yes. We offer a free 10-minute phone consultation with your potential therapist so you can ask questions about their experience and style before committing to a session.

How do I get matched with a therapist?

After you reach out, we assist you in getting matched with the best fit therapist based on their specialties, age range, therapeutic techniques, availability, and your preference for in-person or virtual sessions.

What should I do if I am in crisis?

If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, please call 911 or 988, call Montco Mobile Crisis at (855) 634-4673, or go directly to your nearest emergency room.

Do you offer sessions on evenings and weekends?

Yes. We offer sessions in the early mornings, evenings, and throughout Saturdays and Sundays.

Where are you located?

Our address is 1717 Swede Road, Suite 212, Blue Bell, PA 19422. There is an off-street parking lot adjacent to the building and the suite is on the second floor with elevator access.

Question 10

What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel a scheduled session. This allows us to offer the slot to another client who may be waiting.
