Being a therapist is not just my career, it is my passion. I value creating an environment where you can show up just as you are, without fear of judgement. I believe real growth happens in a space where you feel seen and accepted.
I’ve had the opportunity to work with clients from many different backgrounds and walks of life. I believe there is no “one-size-fits-all” approach to counseling, so I like to meet each client where they are and find what works best for them.
For sessions, I work with both the client and their families when needed. I have experience working with kids, adolescents, and adults navigating grief, depression, anxiety, substance use, body-image, self-esteem and other life stressors.
Outside of therapy, I spend my time reading, walking, watching Philadelphia sports, and exploring new places.
