Bronwen Callaghan, LPC

She/Her

I have been working in the mental health field for over 7 years; I specialize in working with clients who struggle with depression, anxiety, trauma, and addiction. While it is true the work we do together is serious and important, it can also be enjoyable. My approach is strength-based; helping you to discover your own ability to grow while gaining valuable tools to navigate the ups and downs of life. Therapy can be an empowering experience and one that leads to a healthier, happier you. I integrate person-centered, mindfulness, and cognitive behavioral therapy to build insight and encourage growth and change. I am trained in Cognitive Processing Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
